Aluminium Fairing Kit Honda CBR1000 RR 04-05
All the bolts to replace original visible fasteners on side fairings, front mudguard, belly pan, seat unit and nose cone where applicable.
Kits are easy to use remove one bolt at a time, and insert an identical length Pro-Bolt in to your original backing clip. Where this is not possible we include appropriate nuts.
Should you wish to replace any worn original receptacles they are available to order separately.
Our Aluminium dome head fairing bolts are made from Grade 7075 which is an incredible 60% lighter than your originals. With 7 colour options available, you choose the look; from bright blue to subtle silver our Aluminium fairing kits are a great way to customise your bike and make it truly unique.
Also included in the kit are Pro -Lube, Anti -Scratch washers and the relevant Allen keys. Instructions are provided for torque settings.

Aluminium Sprocket Nuts 12mm Pack x 6 Manufactured using Aerospace High Tensile Anodised Aluminium then fitted with a steel helicoil for additional strength. Supplied with fitment instructions which specify a lower torque setting of 33ft/lb or 44 Newton Metres. Nuts have a 19mm Socket Size. NB Nuts have a flange diameter of 24mm

Aluminium Quick Release D-Ring 14mm Pack x 10 Pro-Bolt's own style anodised Aluminium 6mm quarter turn fastener. Used by Racers our D-Ring 1/4 turn fasteners are super lightweight and super quick to use. Length measured from under the head to the tip. Included in the pack are anti scratch plastic washers to protect the fairing and steel 'grippa' washers to place on the stud at the back of the fairing to prevent clips dropping out when loosened. Please note backing plates are not included but are available to order separately as both slide and rivet on fixings.
