Aluminium Fairing Kit Honda CBR1000 RR 04-05
All the bolts to replace original visible fasteners on side fairings, front mudguard, belly pan, seat unit and nose cone where applicable.
Kits are easy to use remove one bolt at a time, and insert an identical length Pro-Bolt in to your original backing clip. Where this is not possible we include appropriate nuts.
Should you wish to replace any worn original receptacles they are available to order separately.
Our Aluminium dome head fairing bolts are made from Grade 7075 which is an incredible 60% lighter than your originals. With 7 colour options available, you choose the look; from bright blue to subtle silver our Aluminium fairing kits are a great way to customise your bike and make it truly unique.
Also included in the kit are Pro -Lube, Anti -Scratch washers and the relevant Allen keys. Instructions are provided for torque settings.

Our Aluminium fasteners are made from 7075T6 Aluminium, and suitable for use in all non -safety critical areas. They are available in Black, Blue, Gold, Orange Purple, Red and Silver, so you can really make your bike stand out.
Our fairing kits include all the fasteners required to replace the original visible bolts (where applicable)on the:
- Side fairings
- Front mudguard
- Belly pan
- Seat unit
- Nose cone
Fairing kits usually contain a variety of sizes of dome head bolts.
Some kits however will also include Countersunk Bolts and Washers to replicate large headed bolts and Allen bolts to fit inrecesses.
Where Quick Release kits are available for certain models of bike, the 1/4 turn fasteners are offered with a choice of either D-Ring or Allen Key fastening. Clips are also included if applicable.

Aluminium Quick Release D-Ring 17mm Pack x 10 Pro-Bolt's own style anodised Aluminium 6mm quarter turn fastener. Used by Racers our D-Ring 1/4 turn fasteners are super lightweight and super quick to use. Length measured from under the head to the tip. Included in the pack are anti -scratch plastic washers to protect the fairing and steel 'grippa' washers to place on the stud at the back of the fairing to prevent clips dropping out when loosened. Please note backing plates are not included but are available to order separately as both slide and rivet on fixings.
